You read that right! 3-year warranty. All NOX Gaming PCs come with an industry-leading 3-year parts and labor warranty. Has your processor failed after you’ve had your system for 2 years? You’re covered!
As we’ve mentioned on ALL our product pages, we’re so confident in the quality of our system components and the workmanship that goes into assembling your new PC by hand, that we offer this incredible guarantee to all our customers.

NOX Gaming Warranty and Terms of Service – the legalese

NOX Gaming, and its officers, agents, assignees and employees (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Company”) offers its customers an exclusive 3-year Service Policy (the “Service Policy”) on all NEW desktop computers purchased from the Company. This Service Policy is a guarantee that a NOX Gaming customer who purchases a NEW computer system will not pay any labor or service charges related to a covered computer system for the duration of that system’s warranty. This Service Policy applies only to the original purchaser, to original equipment or subsequent upgrades purchased and installed by the company, and to labor/service provided by the company.
In addition to the Service Policy, NOX Gaming also warrants the hardware of its NEW computer systems as follows: All NEW desktop computer systems include a 3-year Hardware Warranty (the “3-Year Warranty”), which covers the original mainframe computer. “Mainframe” is defined as all the hardware inside the computer case. The mainframe excludes any parts specially ordered by the original purchaser, which specially ordered parts are warranted only for the duration of the original manufacturer’s warranty for that part. AMD video cards are considered special order parts and are warranted for 2 years only. Due to the rapid and constant evolution of computer technology and manufacturers, certain parts or components may become unavailable. During the 3-year warranty period, the company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective desktop computer or component with new, used, refurbished, recertified or comparable parts; however, if a desktop computer or component is no longer manufactured or widely supported in the marketplace, or is no longer commercially available during any warranty period of this Agreement, making repair of a desktop computer impossible, NOX Gaming may, at its sole discretion, elect not to repair the desktop computer, but instead issue a store credit for the current value of the desktop computer or component.
The Service Policy, 3-Year Warranty and 2-Year Warranty on AMD Video Cards (collectively the “Warranties”) are all limited as follows:
- NOX Gaming warrants to the original purchaser that the covered hardware, excluding software, documentation and similar items, will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period beginning on the date of delivery to the customer. During the applicable warranty period, the company will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, the defective hardware system, for covered defects, without charge for labor and/or parts based on your warranty period. Parts may not be identical but will be equivalent parts. If the hardware system is defective within the first 30 days from the customer’s initial receipt of the system, the customer may obtain warranty service by notifying NOX Gaming of its intention to request warranty repair, and returning the system to NOX Gaming where the system will then be repaired. The customer must also insure the system by obtaining insurance coverage for shipping or freight equal to the total purchase price of the system. NOX Gaming will reimburse reasonable shipping costs, including shipping or freight insurance, if the system is located in continental Canada. Outside Canada, the customer will pay shipping costs both ways, regardless of when the alleged defect occurs. We ask customers to keep the shipping boxes to ensure safe return transport.
- Within Canada, the customer will pay the cost of returning to NOX Gaming any component or product sent for repair after the initial 30-day period, while the company will pay the cost of returning to the customer up to one year after purchase. After the first year of ownership, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to/from the company.
- Products sent for authorized service/exchange must be shipped in their original packaging and accompanied by copies of purchase receipts. Replacement packaging may be requested from NOX Gaming Customer Service for a nominal fee.
- Repairs, upgrades or installations performed by non-NOX Gaming personnel on any covered computer system are not covered by the warranties and will instantly void the warranties on any system so modified. Any individual part sold or installed separately from a New Computer System must be purchased and installed by the company to be covered by the Service Policy, and such separate hardware is covered only to the extent of the original manufacturer’s warranty on such separate parts.
- Physical damage, abuse, neglect and damage caused by shipping, or misapplication of the product, repair modification, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, power fluctuations, lightning or improper power supply are not covered by the warranties. (Original shipping from NOX Gaming to you is always covered. Any damage resulting from mishandling by the carrier or improper packaging by the company is not your responsibility).
- Overclocking of any component beyond the nominal limits specified by the manufacturer, by anyone other than a NOX Gaming technician, will instantly void all warranties.
- Modifications to firmware, drivers and other hardware-related software and/or code may destroy components. NOX Gaming delivers all systems ready for use. Firmware and driver updates made after system delivery that cause parts failure are not covered by the 3-Year Warranty.
- Used or recertified equipment is sold as is, without warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing on the original purchase invoice.
- Software defects are not covered by warranties, but may be covered by individual software publishers’ warranties, as indicated in the accompanying documentation; open software is never refundable.
- All missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by the customer.
- There are no warranties, express or implied, not written herein.
- It is of the utmost importance that the Customer protects all data and software on any covered computer system at all times. NOX Gaming is not responsible for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of data or software, inadvertent disclosure of data, loss of files or any other direct, incidental or consequential damages caused by a covered computer system not functioning properly, or caused by the Company’s fault or negligence. Although the Company may attempt to back up and transfer certain data, and attempts to avoid situations where the Customer’s data or software is lost, such occurrences of data loss, for various reasons, are common. The customer agrees that prior to delivering a computer for repair, it has independently backed up all software and all data on the computer, and that it is prepared for, and expects, all data to be lost on the computer during or after any repair procedure, and the Customer specifically agrees and understands that this document is intended to limit the Company’s liability for such data loss. The Customer warrants that there is no illegal data or software content on any computer left for service under the Warranties.
- Warranty repairs or service do not extend the warranty period, and any computer not claimed within 30 days becomes the property of NOX Gaming.
- Liquid/water cooling components are covered for one year only and are not included in the 3-Year Parts and Service Warranty on any NOX Gaming system. AIO or All-In-One liquid CPU coolers are covered for 1 year.
- AMD video cards are covered by a 2-year parts warranty. Any AMD video card ordered with a NOX Gaming system is excluded from the 3-year Parts Warranty, and the 2-year Parts Warranty in this paragraph would then apply specifically to the AMD component.
- Lighting elements such as LED bulbs, RGB light strips, lights inside and attached to the system case/radiator/fans, and RGB/ARGB light cable extensions are not important to system performance and are considered cosmetic in nature. These items are not covered by warranty and may encounter problems due to conflicting RGB software applications. Similarly, individual LEDs or bulbs may burn out or display incorrect colors.
- Each of the following system components is limited to one (1) replacement during the lifetime of the PC system: video card/GPU, motherboard, power supply, memory/RAM, SSD/storage disk. Once the customer has received a replacement component under warranty, NOX Gaming will not provide additional replacements. The customer may or may not have the right to return certain components to the original equipment manufacturer.
- Computers purchased as mining platforms are not guaranteed to be profitable. NOX Gaming is not responsible for markets or losses related to mining. Although the warranty does not expressly prohibit the mining of crypto-currencies, abuse of components due to mining voids the warranty.
- 19. The company offers a service commonly known as “delidding,” which involves treating certain components of central computers with gel to improve cooling, beneficial for some overclocked computers. Although the company offers this service, it will subsequently provide no warranty on a computer it has “delidded,” and no warranty described herein will apply to a computer that has undergone this process.
To obtain service under this warranty, send an email to the company at info@noxgaming.ca and provide the phone number at which you wish to be contacted. Have your order number handy. The technical support staff will help you diagnose the problem over the phone by calling you at your preferred contact number. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will decide on the best course of action for the customer’s complete satisfaction. If a return is authorized, please return the product only according to the instructions provided. Do not return any product without prior authorization. Products returned without prior authorization will be held for 15 days awaiting instructions and payment for return shipping, then will be reclaimed or disposed of without accountability to the customer. NOX Gaming will not be responsible for indirect damages caused to cards, the system, or any of its components by internal or external equipment, short-circuited connections, or components that were not installed or purchased by the company. NOX Gaming will also not be responsible for damages caused to components or data loss for products purchased from the company. The limited warranty also does not cover damages or defects that may have been caused by: damage due to shipping (other than original shipping), improper installation or maintenance, misuse, neglect, or improper environment, repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options or parts not performed by an employee of NOX Gaming, inadequate or excessive electrical surges, or other power irregularities. NOX Gaming will not replace, repair, or refund any purchase if the serial numbers of the items do not match, or if the product is not sold directly by the company. NOX Gaming will replace defective parts free of charge with identical or comparable parts. Any other replacement of parts different from the original configuration must be purchased at cost price. Note: Do not include any accessories with your computer system for warranty repairs. If you provide such items, NOX Gaming will not be held responsible for missing accessories such as software, adapters, etc. If no defect covered by the warranty is found, NOX Gaming will charge testing fees, inform the customer, and return the non-defective product once the customer has paid the testing and return shipping fees. If these fees are not paid within 15 days of notification, the product will be reclaimed or disposed of without accountability to the customer.
TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY
CREDIT AND COLLECTION: Interest will accrue on invoices considered OVERDUE at a rate of 19.99% per year. The person or entity responsible for payment of this invoice will be responsible for collection and attorney fees. All returned checks will be assessed the maximum penalty allowed by law. Except as expressly provided herein, the client specifically waives any liability, cause of action, claim, or right that the client might assert against the company for any act, omission, or other event of any kind related to the sale of a computer, or related to the performance of repairs and the execution of this document.
The client specifically agrees to waive, in advance, any cause of action, right, or claim against the company related to the loss, disclosure, or dissemination of the client’s personal data, software, or files during or after the performance of the warranty service. The client agrees that any claim or cause of action, of any kind, against NOX Gaming—including but not limited to contractual or tort claims—will be limited to the amount the client actually paid for the computer system in question or $1,000.00, whichever is greater.
NOX Gaming wishes to maintain a positive relationship with its customers and, without waiving any of the limitations of the preceding paragraphs, the company may, at its sole and absolute discretion, choose to refund the funds actually paid by the client for goods or services provided by the company. Such a refund in no way constitutes an acknowledgment of liability, fault, or the basis of any action against NOX Gaming and is merely an expression of goodwill. In the event that the client is offered a refund of the amounts actually paid, all aspects of this waiver and limitation of liability will remain fully in force. The client waives all rights, claims, causes of action, and other damages exceeding the funds actually paid and subsequently returned by the company.
All sales are final and as is. All deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable. All returns or order cancellations are at the sole and absolute discretion of the company, must occur within 30 days of purchase, and will be charged a restocking or cancellation fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE, whether the refund is requested before or after the system is shipped. Any return after 30 days will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the PURCHASE PRICE plus $35 per day in rental fees. Microsoft Windows or Office products, or any other activated software, cannot be accepted for return for a refund or credit. NOX Gaming does not cover or refund costs associated with shipping, shipping insurance or freight, or packaging materials of returned products.
I agree that any dispute regarding this agreement or its subject matter shall be submitted solely to binding arbitration, conducted exclusively in the province of Quebec, Canada. The client specifically waives any right to pursue any legal or equitable remedy in any city, county, state, or federal court. In the event that either party initiates appropriate proceedings to assert or seek any claim under this document or related to the purchase of the computer or the service transaction referenced herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to the award of reasonable attorney fees. The laws of Quebec shall govern the interpretation, validity, performance, and enforcement of this agreement. If any provision of this warranty is found invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected.
