Our warranty

Our gaming computers are covered by our standard one-year warranty. This warranty includes parts and labor for diagnosis and replacement. Warranties do not cover software and operating systems as many updates and installations beyond our control may affect your system. A 5-day warranty after receiving the system is usually included with computers on software.

 

Our warranty includes round-trip freight to a rework, if your system was originally shipped with the original order. In the event that you have picked up your system from our warehouse, you are asked to return to pick it up in person, as you will not have the necessary packing supplies to properly and safely ship the computer.

In order for the warranty shipment to be covered, you will need to keep all packing materials that originally came with the package. This normally includes, but is not limited to, the external case, the computer case, the computer’s styrofoam cushions and the internal component protection foam.

Customer Service reserves the right to make exceptions based on the nature of customer requests and needs.

In the event of an intervention that is not covered by the warranty, our customer service department reserves the right to charge you for remote support or workshop fees. Our support will normally accommodate you in your request by meeting you halfway in the costs.

Extended warranties cover parts and labor related to diagnosis and replacement. They do not cover software in the same way as the standard warranty. Each additional year of warranty includes additional round-trip transportation, if necessary.
