Preparation of orders

The majority of our computers are built to order. Thus, our processing times normally vary from a few hours to 7 business days depending on the volume of the order. We will do our best to ensure that you receive your computer as soon as possible.

Delivery information for NOX Gaming products

  • For any purchase of 49.99$ or less the shipping cost is 9.99$ everywhere in Canada
  • For any purchase of $50 or more, delivery is free anywhere in Canada

We mainly use UPS, Purolator, Canpar and Fedex as our delivery partners. Depending on the destination and in case of exhaustive cost from our traditional partners, we use Canada Post on occasion.

We require a signature on our deliveries so that it is not left unattended.

If you would like us to make a request to leave the package at the warehouse for pickup for security, notify us immediately after placing your order. We will try to make this possible.
